I picked up a laptop from KUU mainly for basic work and browsing, and for the most part it handles that fine. I’ll admit I tend to focus on the things that affect my day-to-day use, so I don’t really pay much attention to extra features. What I do notice is that on some days it feels a little sluggish, and the fan can get loud. I haven’t run into any major issues so far, but it doesn’t feel quite as reliable as I hoped. For the price, I’d say it’s okay.

It got here quicker than I expected. I don’t know what issues other people might’ve had, but for me the delivery was fast and everything went totally fine.

I’m seriously disappointed with this laptop. The build quality feels so cheap it’s almost ridiculous, like I’m scared to open it too fast because the whole thing might snap in half. The screen hinge is rough, the body feels flimsy, and the overall design just screams budget in the worst way. Even the ports are placed in awkward spots, which somehow makes it even more annoying to use. For the price, I was expecting something way more solid. Definitely wouldn’t buy from KUU again.

Yeah, I’d say it’s worth the money. I mean, for the price, you get pretty much what you’d expect, maybe even a little better.

The laptop was good at first and worked fine for what I needed, so I was happy enough with the purchase in the beginning. But when I had to deal with a warranty issue, the whole process got really frustrating. Replies took days, and I kept having to repeat the same details over and over, which made it feel like nobody was really keeping track. To be fair, everyone I spoke with was polite, but they just weren’t very helpful. I’m glad the laptop itself wasn’t terrible, but the support experience definitely makes me hesitate about buying from them again.
